What are the most common food allergies, and how do they affect digestion?

Let me first clarify this. Food allergies do not affect digestion–digestion affects food allergies.

All a food allergy is–is a lack of digestion. It is never the food’s fault- it only has to do with us not processing it properly. We need to stop playing them “blame game.” BTW-our digestive system and our immune system are one and the same. It does not care or distinguish between a food and a germ. When working well it digests both -effectively & there is no “allergic reaction. For instance-  a pollen allergy is nothing other than a “digestion” problem by the immune system. That is all any kind of allergy is–poor digestion- whether food or dust, pollen. A “sneezing fit” is nothing other than IBS of the sinus- with histamines being the same thing as digestive acids- irritating a sinus that is missing a mucosal lining.

Dairy and wheat products account for most of the food allergies–because they are more complex–having protein, carbohydrate and fat in one “package.” This just means that it requires more “intelligence”– contained within the “software” -the mucosal lining to process it. Our body’s digestion has been “dumbed down” by the universal use of certain medications. Don’t blame foods–blame the pharmaceutical industry.

Everything you know about food allergies is wrong!

Many of you have been told that you have food allergies–but none of you have been told exactly what that means. That is because the person telling you this doesn’t know. Hardly anyone does. So you end up spending the rest of your life avoiding certain foods without knowing why and without knowing that it can be fixed.This is called the BLAME GAME–when we blame certain foods for our health problems. It is never the food’s fault. It is the fault of your digestive system. It is not efficiently digesting the food. This is exactly the problem with any other kind of allergy–your immune system is not digesting the allergen/germ. This explains common allergies to things like pollen and dust and even things that are considered “poisonous”.
You see, the immune system and the digestive system are one and the same.Their job is to digest substances that enter the body- such as food- dust- pollen or germs.
When this digest/immune system is working at it’s best- we should not be allergic to anything.This appears to be a simple process, but in reality it is quite complex with much more going on than you would ever imagine. The body’s digestive and immune systems rely on very sophisticated “software” to identify the molecular structure of whatever enters the body and how to deal with it. Actually the immune system digests germs in the exact same manner that our stomach digests food. This software is the mucosal lining that covers all of our mucous membranes–which includes your sinus–lungs–gastrointestinal and urinary tract. They all function in the exact same way–processing/digesting-pollen-air- food- water- germs and toxins ect. Any malfunction of this digestion process in any of these locations–such as the lungs inability to digest/process air which is called asthma, is given a name and is called an allergy or a dis–ease.The mucosal lining is made of probiotic bacteria along with a hormonal substance called colostrum. These highly intelligent good bacterial strains– whether living in the stomach or any of the other of the mucous membranes, identify whatever enters into the body- then trigger a signal that is sent by tiny glands called the parietal cells to release specific enzymes/histamines to digest/process it. Histamines are exactly the same as digestive enzymes only located in your sinus/lungs- to digest that specific germ/allergen and oxygen- breathing is digesting air. In essence the immune system functions exactly the same as the digestive system–it digests the germs as if they were food.

Now what happens if we don’t have this bacterial “software”- the mucosal lining? The use of an antibiotic –which is essentially a “hostile” bacteria removes this “software” by eating the good bacterial strains that the lining is made of. If you then neglect to “reinstall” the “software”–good bacteria- by taking the correct probiotic, the mucus membranes will not be able to do their jobs.
So now, you decide to do something innocent like having an ice cream cone or a sandwich made with whole wheat (gluten) bread. Since there is no one home to identify who just came through the front door, there is no way for you to efficiently process/digest this stuff. Then, with undigested food being pushed through the system- the immune system gets involved as it can’t identify these unprocessed molecules and it releases some really harsh acids/histamines/Natural Killer Cells to try to “digest” it- often times causing some type of “allergic reaction”. This is the genesis of your classic “allergy”. Btw- this is ONE of the scenarios that brings about the B/S diagnosis- calling a GI problem an “auto-immune- disease”. Don’t get me started on that!
Whatever the body’s reaction is-it is not a reaction to a “villainous” food–but is due to the fact that your body has been “dumbed down” by the prior use of antibiotics. It is also possible to boost your body’s IQ by taking special strains of probiotics that are smarter than & resistant to any antibiotics. You DO have the potential to never get sick again!

I think you get the point it’s not the food’s fault. Now you know that you don’t have to live with “food allergies”. All you need to do is to reinstall the “software” by using the correct probiotic.
Food “allergies” are not hard to fix and are not a problem in their own right–they are just a side effect of a pre-existing condition.
So don’t believe anyone who tells you that you have a food allergy–DON’T PLAY THE BLAME GAME- It’s not the food–it’s you!
